FlagFranchise doesn’t only ask you for the usual information related to posting a business opportunity. Distribution of an opportunity on our web application first requires that you complete a short questionnaire, divided into 7 sections, one for each of the criteria for selecting the best franchisees:

  • Budget for initial franchise fees, start-up costs, and working capital;
  • Expectations of support to be provided by the franchisor;
  • Management-related and other skills and experience;
  • Similar values to those of the network, and strengths that correspond to requirements;
  • Entrepreneur profile: the right amount of entrepreneurship for your brand;
  • Desired lifestyle; and
  • Desired location.

The questionnaire only takes a few minutes to complete, and then the information you provide is input into an algorithm that determines if each prospective franchisee is compatible with the business opportunity. Your business opportunity will be published:

  • On the FlagFranchise website and other relevant platforms;
  • On various social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn); and
  • In FlagFranchise databases.

In addition, you will be provided with a hyperlink to your business opportunity, so that you can share it as well. You can then use your own means of communication to contribute to the distribution of the business opportunity, while centralizing franchisee applications in one tool.

In addition, note that an agreement can be made with FlagFranchise to disseminate the business opportunity on media and tools that are specific to your needs, such as specialized sites related to an area of activity or a specific geographical area (at additional cost)

Receipt of Franchisee applications and CV Management

With FlagFranchise, you can easily find all of your candidates on the dashboard of your franchisor profile. All prospective franchisees are ranked by the compatibility score calculated by our algorithm. In one click, you can see a candidate's file, where the following information is available:

  • Access to the prospective franchisee's CV;
  • Access to the candidate’s LinkedIn profile (if applicable);
  • The candidate's general compatibility score for the position;
